⚠️ Read This First — It's Short, We Promise:ReelDownload is a tool for downloading publicly available Instagram content for personal use. By using this service, you take responsibility for making sure you have the right to download whatever you're accessing. We built this for legitimate personal use — not for downloading and redistributing content that belongs to someone else.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

By visiting or using ReelDownload, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. There's no fine print buried in here — we've written this to be readable, not to catch you out.

2. What You Can — and Can't — Do With This Tool

ReelDownload is designed for personal use — backing up your own content, saving a recipe video you have permission to keep, or downloading a Reel you've been given explicit permission to save. With that in mind, please don't:

Download content that belongs to another creator without their permission.
Use downloaded files commercially or redistribute them publicly without the rights to do so.
Try to use this tool to access private, locked, or restricted Instagram accounts.
Attempt to scrape, stress-test, or automate requests against our service.

We're not trying to be the internet police. We just need users to act responsibly — both because it's the right thing to do and because it keeps this service available for everyone.

3. We're Independent — Not Affiliated With Instagram or Meta

ReelDownload is an independent project and has no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their related companies. All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. We're simply a tool that helps you download content that's publicly accessible.

4. We Don't Store Your Downloads

When you download something through ReelDownload, the file doesn't live on our servers. Everything happens in real time — we fetch the original file from Instagram's content delivery network and stream it directly to your device. We're the bridge, not the storage. Once the download is done, we're out of the picture.

If you're a content creator and you believe your work is being accessed through this tool without your permission, please email us at deviontech1@gmail.com and we'll look into it promptly. We take these reports seriously.

5. No Guarantees — Here's What That Means

We do our best to keep ReelDownload reliable, but we can't promise it will be available 100% of the time or work perfectly in every situation. Instagram occasionally changes how their platform delivers content, which can temporarily affect how our tool operates. We fix things as fast as we can when that happens — but we're not liable for any losses or issues that result from the service being temporarily unavailable or not performing as expected.

6. We May Update These Terms

We'll update these terms occasionally — usually when we add new features or when something in the legal landscape requires a change. When that happens, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using ReelDownload after an update, that means you're okay with the new terms. We won't make changes without also updating that date — so it's always easy to check when anything was last modified.
